Cliff and Shanequa Stafford are the CEO and COO of His Business Solutions, LLC — a consulting and developmental training company founded in 2020 with a mission to walk alongside entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and underserved communities with intentional, faith-rooted support.
Cliff holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management. His background spans business consulting, organizational structure, and capital access — including loan brokering to help entrepreneurs secure the funding they need to grow. Shanequa brings deep expertise in administration, operations, bookkeeping, and business development — ensuring every client receives a personable experience that exceeds expectations.
Together, they launched Grant Hunters under HBS to close a gap they witnessed firsthand: communities full of qualified, mission-driven organizations losing funding simply because no one showed them the door. Their work is rooted in the belief that access to opportunity should never depend on who you know or where you grew up.
